We were so excited when our pure white Surianna delivered this beautiful solid True Black little girl. Of course, her sire is our striking black and white multi-champion Poseidon, son of Diamonte. Poseidon was a 3x Color Champion/2x Reserve Champion – including the 2012 National AOBA show and 7 firsts. His luster, fineness and density WOW the judges every time they open his blanket. Midnight’s fleece has the same qualities and buttery soft feel. Poseidon is a showstopper with a friendly personality, who we take to many community events. Midnight seems to express this same endearing personality. At her first show this Spring (PAOBA) she earned her first in halter and walking fleece. She was the only alpaca that the Walking Fleece Judge chose to comment on as she announced the winners. She thought this little girl was awesome, loving her luster and lovely soft handle. She added to her accomplishments with firsts in walking fleece and Bred and Owned at the 2019 Buckeye Show.

Midnight’s Dam, Surianna, is a backbone of our breeding program. She was a 1st Place AOBA National winner in 2011. Her first breeding to Poseidon gave us Persius Jackson who was the 2016 AOA National Fleece Show Suri Combined Mixed Color Champion and Reserve Champion at the Suri Symposium Fleece Show. He also earned two 1sts and a 2nd in Halter at the 2016 MAPACA and Buckeye Shows. Suri’s Dam, C Peruvian Accoyo Clara, won Spirit of the Industry at age 17, where the judges were amazed by the fineness she continued to carry throughout her lifetime (23 Micron at 17!).
